We will meet in its central Bar at 7pm for dinner at 8pm.
Please note the menu below is a just a sample of what might be available on the night, and that all drinks, will be extra and will need to be paid for separately. Service charge is included also Tea & Coffee. The cost is €35.00 per person.
Starters
- today’s veggie soup
- duck liver terrine, spiced apple chutney and toast
- warm roast organic beet salad, with corleggy fresh goat’s cheese, prune and walnut relish and organic landcress
- smoked haddock & leek bake
Mains
- today’s fish
- seared breast of chicken wrapped in ballon farm bacon with traditional black pudding, creamed potato and red wine sauce
- roast confit pork belly, squash fondant, cabbage and mustard cream
- chargrilled rib of beef, champ, roasted shallot and red wine jus
- vegetarian option Barley risotto, pumpkin, wild mushrooms, dressed leaves and desmond cheese shaving
Dessert
- the exchequer jelly & ice cream
- warm winter berry crumble
- vanilla sauce and organic vanilla ice cream dark chocolate mousse
- raspberry sorbet and hazelnut biscuit selection of Irish farmhouse cheeses with fresh grapes
- fig chutney and crackers
