JUSTIN KEATING - President of the HUMANIST ASSOCIATION OF IRELAND

Justin Keating was a humanist Ireland can be proud of.  He encapsulated all the ethical dimensions of the humanist life stance.  He campaigned for reform where he saw injustice. He was passionate about Ireland and the role of Europe in the world. He had a profoundly ethical approach to moral issues based on reason, and he was enthusiastic about human beings, creativity and nature in all its aspects.  All who knew him, loved him and worked with him will miss him dearly.
