Joe Armstrong, Meath

Joe Armstrong was accredited as a Humanist celebrant in July 2013.

“I’m really happy and privileged to be a Humanist celebrant. After spending time in a Catholic religious congregation, I went on to become an editor, journalist, teacher, author and publisher. I have lived a varied life that has given me insight into the lives of real people with real needs.

As a Humanist celebrant I love being part of meaningful ceremonies. I feel privileged to be able to share in key moments in people’s lives through celebrating new life at naming ceremonies, unique loving relationships at weddings, and remembering and celebrating lives well-lived at funerals.”

Joe lives near Kells, Co. Meath, only 45 minutes from Dublin city centre via the M3. He conducts ceremonies in counties Meath, Dublin, north Wicklow, north Kildare, east Offaly, Westmeath, Longford, south Leitrim, Cavan, Monaghan and Louth. He is accepting bookings for 2018 and 2019. As a professional writer and editor, Joe is happy to craft with you the personal ceremony that you and your guests will love.  For new inquiries, please approach in the first instance by email, including the date of the ceremony and the name and address of your venue in the subject line.
